Due to the digital nature of our services and products, all payments made to Odlica, Inc. are non-refundable. This includes payments made for project initiation, ongoing subscriptions, and one-time purchases, irrespective of usage.
Subscription Services: By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that your subscription has recurring payment features and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will continue until actively cancelled by you. Cancellation can be done anytime from your account settings which will cease billing from the next billing cycle but previously charged amounts for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Software Development Services: Once a payment is made for a specific project, it is considered final to cover the initial and ongoing costs associated with the development, regardless of the project phase or completion status.
